Questions
Do Uber, Bolt or Yango need to approve anything?
Not for Bolt: you create a key in your own Bolt fleet account and connect it to ERN. Yango and Uber come next; Uber's connection needs Uber's approval. Your trips and earnings then come in on their own.
Why do I need an invite code?
We are setting up a small number of fleets at a time, and we do each setup with you. Request an invite and we will contact you on WhatsApp with your code.
How long does setup take?
The basics are your company and your app accounts. Your cars and drivers come in from the apps. Pay rules, prices and your team can be added later.
Is it only for limousine companies?
No. ERN works for limousine and taxi fleets of any size.
Can I take my own bookings?
Yes. Phone, walk-in, email and corporate bookings go on the same calendar as your app work, priced from your own rates. Your customers don't need an account: they get their confirmation by email.
